We’re excited to host you in our performance home in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
We are relying on you to do your part to protect yourself and others by reviewing and agreeing to the attendance protocols before coming to National Sawdust. All policies and protocols are subject to change at National Sawdust’s sole discretion and without notice.
Please know that artists, artist representatives, production teams, and National Sawdust staff are subject to rapid testing (OTC) before entering the building.
NYC public health guidance allows cultural venues to determine their own policies regarding masks and vaccination. Cultural venues have different mask and vaccination rules because their spaces and activities are different. National Sawdust’s COVID-19 protocols for audience, staff, artists and other event participants are subject to change pending community transmission levels.
Patrons no longer have to present proof of vaccination for entry. Masks are not required for entry to standing performances and are recommended for seated performances. Masks will be made available at no cost for patrons at all concerts and events.
Patrons will be offered a refund if they no longer wish to attend a performance due to a change in our covid policy. Contact us at boxoffice@nationalsawdust.org to discuss ticket exchange or contribution options.

If you or anyone attending with you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 within 14 days of your visit, or been instructed to self-isolate within the last 10 days, we ask that you stay home and contact us at boxoffice@nationalsawdust.org to discuss ticket exchange or contribution options.
National Sawdust’s Health and Safety Protocols include:
–MERV 13 filters on all HVAC systems
-Recommended humidity throughout the building
-Regular purges and air exchanges throughout the day and the building
-All tickets must be ordered using our on-line ticketing system to support contract tracing for any reported exposure and will communicate transparently with any impacted patrons
-All individuals purchasing tickets at the box office before a performance must provide contact information in order for admission to be granted
-We’ll provide digital programs to limit contact between staff and audiences. Download the Bloomberg Connects app in advance or click the link in your pre-show email to browse the program at home.
